Qualifications:
Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Planning, implementing, and managing problem management systems designed to recognize, report, track and resolve problems. Developing and updating customer support policies and procedures. Analyzing and implementing network security measures. Identifying need for changes based on new network and security technologies or threats and developing solutions. Reviewing, formulating and evaluating service desk, network and security incident response policies. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
