Cardno ATC is seeking a full time Project Engineer to work in our Williston, VT office.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Perform project activities from project acquisition through completion including client interactions, project designs and construction inspection activities
Design and implement Stormwater Management Plans, Permits, Green Infrastructure, Best Management Practices, and Watershed Flow Restoration Plans.
Requirements
Basic
Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
5-10 years of experience
Registration as a Vermont Professional Engineer
Comprehensive experience designing significant stormwater engineering projects and monitoring construction
Experience with watershed hydrology, non-point source pollution, stormwater quality BMPs analysis and design
Experience with water quality sampling, gauging and modeling
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Excellent technical specification and report writing skills
Excellent working knowledge and familiarity of Vermont DEC and VTrans Stormwater Management Program
Knowledge and experience with other civil/environmental engineering disciplines desired
