## Job Description
Commercial Loan Documentation Representative
Responsible for the preparation of internally generated Commercial Loan Documentation for Peoples United Bank, set up of such loans and disbursement of loan proceeds.
Review documentation request for completeness; assist Account Managers with timely development of loan documents in advance of closing. Prioritizing loan requests to adequately meet demands.
Review closing documents; disburse loan proceeds and book loans on-line.
Provide superior customer service in the handling of transactions/questions that involve loans. Assist with technical information, i.e. research on documentation issues, and Loan System integrity.
## Job Requirements
Essential Skills:
Interpreting and entering information on a computer or on-line system with a focus on speed and accuracy as the position is deadline driven and critical to the function.
This position requires excellent organization skills with an emphasis on strong attention to detail, good decision making skills as quick judgment is often needed, the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of Bank customers and staff, and discretion in the handling of confidential information.
Requires the ability to maintain physical condition and stamina in conjunction with assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include sitting and standing for extended periods of time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
