Job Description This position provides administrative support to the SVP Operations and our Williston facility.
II. Principal
Responsibilities:
Handles all aspects of scheduling meetings, including coordinating acceptable timeframe and amenities and notifying participants.
Prepares routine reports with limited direction from supervisor.
Receives and screens incoming phone calls; reduces the amount of transfers by providing information and answering questions.
Uses computer programs to compose memos and correspondence, some of which are of a non-routine nature.
Assists with various departmental projects by providing clerical support.
Maintains organizational files and records.
Acts as a resource to administrative assistants.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
Job Requirements III. Education/Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalency required.
2-5 years relevant experience.

Behavioral/Technical Skills:
Strong word processing skills required, proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation programs preferred with the ability to learn additional programs as required.
Ability to type accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with internal and external customers.
Strong command of English, including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and attention to detail is required to perform responsibilities efficiently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
