Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
