Assist HR Manager in using HR Paychex system for employee enrollments, payroll deductions, and determining eligibility and terminations of employee benefit plans.
Coordinate plan enrollments, terminations and monthly invoicing with PCHP benefit partners.
Maintain good working relationships in accordance with plan administration.
Assist PCHP employees and Management with benefit and payroll inquiries.
Work with HR Manager on annual audits, employee communications and mailings.

Previous Customer Service Success Computer Skills:
