--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Colorlab is seeking an experienced Compounder/Batcher for first shift operations at our facility in Williston, Vermont.
Our Compounder/Batcher produce our custom cosmetics in bulk form to exact formulas, from 1 kg to 100kg.
Main duties include:
Read and interpret batch formulas Accurate weighing of raw materials for batches Follow detailed instructions and processes to produce specified product Manipulate ingredients to produce cosmetics to a retained standard Adjust batch colors and physical parameters to match standard Recording all batching data This position has a physical component, including:
Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 55 lbs) Use of repetitive motions.
We ask our Batchers to have these skills and abilities:
Direct experience in cosmetics batching OR Direct experience in closely related batching operations in a commercial environment Be a team player and have a positive attitude Accept job specific training and follow instructions
