A Waste and Recycling Company in Williston VT is looking for a Route Supervisor.
The Route Supervisor will be responsible for directing the daily activities of drivers and helpers in order to provide safe, effective, and courteous waste collection services to customers.
Responsibilities:
Ensures the proper usage of the OBC and OBC back office to help achieve the divisions efficiency, safety, and customer service goals Provides recommendations for improvement in route scheduling, service capabilities or other changes based on findings during on-route observations Rides with assigned driver on a designated commercial and/or residential route to gather data such as travel times, disposal volumes, service and collection times, and accuracy of the route sheet in an effort to increase efficiency, reduce cost, improve revenue and reduce safety hazards Supervises and coaches drivers on pre and post trip inspections, and training/re-training of new and existing drivers when necessary Rides with assigned driver on a designated commercial and/or residential route to gather data such as travel times, disposal volumes, service and collection times, and accuracy of the route sheet in an effort to increase efficiency, reduce cost, improve revenue and reduce safety hazards.
Requirements:
Class A or B CDL license 2-4 Years of commercial Driving Experience w/ clean driving record Previous Supervisory experience preferred 1-2 Years of Supervisory experience preferred High School Diploma required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
