We are a 2 physician office with an awesome athletic trainer as support staff.
We are looking for a team player who can be an engaging and welcoming first line person in the office.
The job includes, but is not limited to:
Greeting and routing patients, answering a multiline phone system, accurately entering of procedure charges/services and payments into medical billing software, verifying insurance information, collecting payments and co-pays, scheduling appointments, filing and processing Insurance payments and insurance payment follow up.
This job is people oriented and rewarding in the relationships it builds.
The ideal candidate would be friendly, excellent with details, comfortable with a busy pace, takes pride in their work and enjoys a small team atmosphere.
Some medical experience is preferred but not necessary.
There is room for growth once the base skills are mastered.
The work week is Mon,Tues, Thurs and Fri.
(The office is closed on Wednesday).
It is a full time position (approximately 38 hours).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
