Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating them in a timely manner, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for answering phones, taking reservations, and providing general information about the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and seat them at their tables.
Maintain a neat and orderly dining area.
Provide customers with menus and answer any questions they may have about the menu items.
Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any complaints or issues that arise.
Ensure that all tables are cleared in a timely manner.
Ensure that all guests are served in a timely manner.
This position has an hourly rate of $10.
00/hr plus tips! This is a great position for someone in school or looking to pick up some extra hours! No experience required.
