This position will work directly with the CFO, and has the potential to learn and grow within the company.
This person will need to be detail oriented, trusted with confidential information and have great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable invoices for payment maintaining accuracy with an understanding of general ledger accounts.
Assist in Accounts Receivable, receiving payments and bank deposits.
Registering all vehicles and equipment with DMV and maintaining other needed heavy equipment permits.
Assist in monthly reconciliations Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets and files Purchasing office supplies Answering phones and calling customers and/or vendors Other duties as assigned or needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in AP, AR a plus Experience in data entry Knowledge of standard accounting procedures Ability to prioritize and multitask Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
