We have an immediate opening for a Tool Crib Attendant in the Williston, VT area to provide customer service through inventory control, purchasing, quoting and invoice management.
Our ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing, well organized, with the ability to function in an ever-changing and fast paced environment.
Attention to detail, solid math skills and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Hours would be 40-42 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
A proven track record of solid attendance and punctuality will be essential as well as DAILY reliable transportation.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Establish a daily routine/schedule to maintain database to include inventory of tools, stockroom supplies, shop supplies held in inventory.
Issue product to customer employees using customer specifications.
Receive product into inventory control software daily.
Procuring purchase orders with vendors, negotiate best pricing and expediting orders.
Provide and follow up on quotes to the customer for new product request and projects.
Place purchase orders daily in P21 for stock replenishment and one-time request; perform cycle counting.
Fill vending machines and point of use areas.
Acknowledge purchase orders daily, update system and customer with lead time and expected deliveries.
Maintain the stockroom in a manner befitting a professional organization.
