Among your base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonus opportunities, the first-year earnings between $60,000 and $65,000 . The average earning among the top 25% of our sales force with 2 years' experience exceeds $110,000 in total compensation! As an Insurance Agent, you must be energetic and driven with a strong track record of success and the inner motivation that compels you to always reach toward that next step in your career. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal and presentation skills. An engaging personality, needed to establish rapport and gain credibility with a wide range of different types of existing and potential clients, will be essential.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in sales or client service environment preferred.
Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group.
Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
This position requires that incumbents attain and maintain current state insurance license in property, casualty and life.
