## Job Description
This position is responsible for providing loan maintenance support and problem resolution for all consumer and commercial loans for the entire PUB organization adhering to internal policies and procedures and utilizing specialized knowledge of the organization's loan maintenance services.
II. Principal Responsibilities (identify 4-7 major categories of work):
Provides loan maintenance services, including auto pay set ups, loan extensions, loan renewals, address changes, loan payment reversals and reapplication of payments, interest rate adjustments, corrections, waiving and assessing all fees, reproducing loan statements, risk rating changes and any commitment (credit line) changes.
Researches and resolves complex problems/issues for loan or loan system requests.
Provides HELOC check images and images of loan payments made by customers. Searches for and obtains relevant loan reports and documents including converted bank documents such as statements and loan histories.
Performs other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by management.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
## Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalency required.
1-3 years relevant experience.
Effective verbal, written and listening skills to provide courteous and professional customer service. Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests.
Ability to develop and maintain specialized knowledge of the organization's loan products maintenance services.
Specialized knowledge of the department functions, workflows, policies and procedures.
Effective PC skills including, electronic mail, intranet and industry standard applications. Ability to learn to use additional applications as necessary.
Ability to work well in a team environment and share knowledge and skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines and productivity requirements
